Flower Power..for eye restoration?

Did you know that Marigold flowers are good
for eyesight restoration?

I didn’t know that.

But…

Now I do, and so do you.

Apparently, Marigold flowers are rich in
lutein and zeaxanthin. These are two
powerful antioxidants that are known for
their beneficial effects on eye health.

Also…

These antioxidants help protect the eyes from
harmful blue light and free radicals that can
damage the macula, the part of the retina
responsible for central vision.

However…

Lutein and zeaxanthin are not naturally produced
by the body, so they must be obtained through diet
or supplements. Marigold flowers are one of the best
natural sources of these antioxidants.

Further more…

It’s important to note that while marigold flowers can
contribute to eye health, they are not a cure-all
solution for vision problems.

Regular eye check-ups and a balanced diet are also
very important for maintaining good eye health.

Anyways, I thought this was really interesting,
and as an artist, eye-health is pretty important.
