The Dragon in Eastern Culture…

In the West, a dragon is seen as the nemesis.
The dragon is to be slain, and the mountains of gold in it’s cave is to be captured.

It’s a fire breathing demon that soars through the sky, and captures the princess,
only to be rescued by the gallant and brave knight on his great stallion.

In the East, the dragon is a magical and mythological creature that is
to be honored

A protector

A creature with magical powers.

An ally to be trusted.
